Come BE Moved- A wonderful day of embodied moment (exploring Somatic strengthening exercise for our core strength) Drumming, Singing, and creativity. As part of the day we will be creating individual Mandalas as templates for the insights, blessings received.As always a talking stick is our tool to sit in circle , speaking our truths and honouring one another. We will end the day in Mantra mediation.
